Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)

LACMA is the largest art museum in the Western United States.  It consists of three buildings, including the Lynda and Stewart Resnick Exhibition Pavilion.  The free-standing 45,000 SF single story building features a naturally lit, open floor plan, concrete floor and a saw-tooth roof that floods the gallery with light.  The surrounding park includes a grid of palm trees interspersed with sculptures.
