NoMad Hotel L.A.

The fully restored 12-story building on 7th and Olive opened as the NoMad Hotel Los Angeles on Jan. 21, 2018. D 7 Consulting provided full Building Envelope Consulting services for clients Sydell Group, R.D. Olson & Shell Roofing. The building initially opened in 1923 as the Bank of Italy and it was brought back to its Neoclassical glory with its opulent columns, marble flooring and lavish interiors. There are 250 upper floor guest rooms with retail and restaurants at ground level. The rooftop pool and bar features panoramic views.
