Watt Plaza is a 23-story, 350-foot twin-tower complex encompassing 900,000 SF of office space. A fountain and seating area surrounds a large, landscaped plaza. Watt Plaza offers executive and guest valet parking and has a 7-level adjacent parking structure. Each tower has a rooftop helipad.
