The Broadway Building

Located on the corner of Hollywood and Vine, the Broadway Building unites the original 1927 Renaissance style building with a six-story 1938 International style addition. A metal neon sign that reads “The Broadway Hollywood” sits atop the building. It was originally opened as B.H. Dyas Specialty Emporium. It later became the flagship for the Broadway Department Store and is now 96 loft condominiums.
