DreamWorks Lakeside Annex
The DreamWorks Lakeside Annex is a 140,000 SF Mediterranean style, cast-in-place concrete addition to the existing 92,000 SF building. In total, the DreamWorks campus includes 460,500 SF of interior space surrounding exterior open courtyards with a man-made river.
