City Center Las Vegas
Opening on December 16, 2009, the City Center is a 16.8 million SF mixed-use complex with ¼ mile of frontage space on the Las Vegas Strip. It features hotels, condominiums, entertainment and high-end retail and is the largest, privately financed development in the United States. It is a progressive, green urban area with hidden parking, an on-site power plant, reclaimed water and a fire station.
