Academy Square – Hollywood
Academy Square will occupy 3.5-acres between Vine, De Longpre, Ivar and Homewood Avenues in Hollywood. It will include both high and low-rise buildings, including 235,000 SF of office space, 250 apartments, and 37,000 SF of ground floor shops. Renderings detail contemporary-style buildings with hints of Southern California architecture, constructed using glass, corrugated metal and precast concrete elements.
