FivePoint Gateway Campus (OCPC)

D 7 worked with 5 different Clients on the FivePoint Gateway Campus (OCPC). Our services included Quality Assurance and Electronic Testing for General Contractor DPR Construction; Waterproofing Design and Construction Administration on the Bridges for Structural Engineer Biggs Cardosa; Design Consulting for Gensler; and Electronic Testing for Mark Beamish Waterproofing and Red Pointe Roofing. Red Pointe Roofing was awarded 2017 Project of the Year – Runner Up in the category of New Construction – Low Slope by Sika Roofing. This project includes 4 buildings, 2 million SF of office space and sits on 7 acres.
