The team for the Santa Monica City Services 50,000 SF addition is working towards an impressive most sustainable Living Building Challenge (LBC) Certification. D 7 Consulting is providing Design & Construction Administration – Roofing & Waterproofing services for architect client Frederick Fisher and Partners with General Contractor Hathaway Dinwiddie. The building will be transparent and light filled and compliment the existing historic 1939 City Hall. Completion is set for Spring of 2020.
